Angelica Rodriguez
Angelica is currently a Communications Consultant for the Human Resources Department at the IDB. In her role, she leads strategic communications efforts for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), Employer Brand, and Talent Acquisition. In the past seven years, she has supported media companies, international organizations, and private entities with strategic communications and multimedia production in the United States, México, and Ecuador. Angelica holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Broadcast Journalism from Syracuse University and a Master's Degree in Integrating Marketing Communications from Georgetown University.
