He is in charge of AdaptAction, a 45M€ programme supporting the implementation of the Paris Agreement (NDCs) in 12 to 15 partner countries and regional organizations (Africa, LDCs, SIDS). Invest (vulnerability and feasibility studies for innovative and transformational investments) and two cross-cutting components (Gender & social inclusion; knowledge management and outreach). He previously worked for NGOs in the humanitarian field (Afghanistan, Pakistan).
