Juliano Seabra
Manager of the Knowledge, Innovation, and Communication Sector at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) since May 2023. Previously, he served as Head of the Innovation and Creativity Division at the IDB, where he led a unique internal innovation study among multilateral development banks. Before joining the IDB in 2019, Juliano had a successful career working at the intersection of public, private, and nonprofit organizations, with a strong track record of enhancing their impact. Juliano holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and Government from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo.
