Maria Camila Ariza

María Camila Ariza hace parte de la División de Genero y Diversidad enfocándose en la agenda estratégica para promover la inclusión de la discapacidad en la región. Anteriormente hizo parte del equipo de la Iniciativa de Ciudades Emergentes y Sostenibles y la coordinación de la Red de Ciudades de la División de Vivienda y Desarrollo Urbano del BID, promoviendo el intercambio de conocimiento en sostenibilidad urbana, económica y social para más de 175 ciudades de LAC. Maria Camila ha trabajado en la implementación de programas y estratégias que promuevan la construcción de ciudades inclusivas, la gestión de productos de conocimiento y sistemas de participación ciudadana, en el diálogo a nivel nacional y local con donantes, socios estratégicos, e instituciones públicas y privadas. Cuenta con 12 años de experiencia en organismos multilaterales gestionando indicadores de cartera operativa, la implementación y seguimiento de cooperaciones técnicas, y el desarrollo de estudios de caso a través de investigación y análisis de campo. María Camila es economista de la Universidad de Los Andes, tiene una Maestría en Gerencia Sostenible de la Escuela de Negocios de American University, y una Maestría en Igualdad y Equidad en el Desarrollo de la UVIC - Universidad Central de Catalunya, España.
