Vanessa Colina worked at the Information Technology Department as a User Experience Design Lead partnering with sector specialists to lead user-centric design for operations in Latin America and the Caribbean. As a change agent, she established the first internal network for UX professionals and kickstarted the implementation of UX (DesignOps) for the department. Previously, she created the first Design System for the organization. She holds a Master of Science in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales in Paris (HEC Paris).
