Eugenia Valdez Tamayo is an Innovation Specialist in the IDB's Knowledge, Innovation and Communication Sector. Since 2020, she has led the Development Data Partnership at the IDB, an initiative that seeks to promote the use of data from the private sector in development projects. Her work in innovation also focuses on strategic planning processes and the use of innovation methodologies to support projects at the IDB. Eugenia is a lawyer and has a Master's Degree in Development from Georgetown University.
