Monique Graham serves as Economics Consultant with the Inter-American Development Bank Jamaica Country Office. She focuses on economic research and operations, including related to strategy development and programming for IDB lending and related activities. She is an experienced researcher, who has contributed to publications on topics including national identification systems, financial inclusion, and social safety nets in Jamaica and the Caribbean. Monique holds a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of the West Indies.
