Henry Alberto Moreno Moreno
Henry A. Moreno has over 20 years of extensive experience in the areas of project design, formulation, and evaluation; policy, plan, and program development and execution; economic regulation; and the promotion of business development and modernization, in both public and private sector entities at an international level. This breadth of experience provides him with a comprehensive perspective of the water supply and basic sanitation sector. Since 2003, he has served as a Lead Water and Sanitation Specialist at the Inter-American Development Bank, where for almost eight years he has led the sector's development in several countries across the region, utilizing various innovative financial and non financial instruments. Mr. Moreno holds a Master’s degree in Economics (with a focus on regulation) from the Torcuato Di Tella Institute of Argentina, a specialization in Project Evaluation from the University of Los Andes of Colombia, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Colombian School of Engineering
