Lidia Reboucas

Lidia Marcelino Rebouças es Especialista Social Senior en la Unidad de Salvaguardias Ambientales y Sociales del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo. Tiene maestría en Antropología Social, es autora de un libro acerca de reasentamientos involuntarios en Brazil, con lo cual ha recibido premio de la Fundación Ford y de la Asociación Brasileña de Antropología. Lidia vivió dentro de 3 reasentamientos en Brasil para realizar su investigación y tener experiencia de primera mano de la adaptación al reasentamiento con las familias reasentadas. Antes de unirse al BID, coordinó proyectos privados de desarrollo social en América Latina para Fundación Avina y, a continuación, fue Especialista Social Senior para la consultoría multinacional ERM donde trabajó para múltiples proyectos de minería, energía e infraestructura en América Latina y Caribe, aportando con la estrategia de consulta e involucramiento de partes interesadas y comunidades vulnerables.
