Robert Pantzer is a Modernization of the State Specialist (IFD / ICS). He is an economist from the University of Friborg, Switzerland. He is currently a specialist in the Innovation in Citizen Services Division (ICS) of the IDB. Previously, he was a specialist in the Bahamas, Colombia and Honduras where he led the ICS Division's projects in the areas of public administration, justice reform, and citizen security. He has worked as First Counselor at the Swiss Embassy in Washington D.C. and the Permanent Mission of Switzerland to the United Nations in New York. He was Swiss Counselor in the Board of the IDB and official of the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs in Switzerland (SECO).
