Robert Pantzer é Especialista em Modernização do Estado (IFD/ICS). É economista da Universidade de Friburgo, Suíça. Atualmente é especialista na Divisão de Inovação para Serviços ao Cidadão (ICS) do BID. Anteriormente, foi especialista nas Bahamas, Colômbia e Honduras, onde liderou os projetos da Divisão ICS nas áreas de administração pública, reforma judicial e segurança cidadã. Trabalhou como Conselheiro na Embaixada da Suíça em Washington DC e na Missão Permanente da Suíça junto às Nações Unidas em Nova York. Foi Conselheiro Suíço no Conselho de Administração do BID e funcionário da Secretaria de Estado da Economia da Suíça (SECO).
