Anteriormente fue consultora de comunicación para la División de Mercados Laborales y Seguridad Social del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID). Licenciada en Comunicación Social (Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, Caracas, Venezuela), con maestría en Comunicación Corporativa y Relaciones Públicas de la Universidad de Georgetown. Antes de ingresar al BID se desempeñó como ejecutiva de cuentas de comunicación corporativa y de marketing, en Hill and Knowlton Strategies y LLYC México, para organizaciones como 3M Latinoamérica, Bridgestone América Latina, Millward Brown Latinoamérica y Groupon, entre otras.
