Guadalupe Montenegro is a research assistant in the Research Department of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). Her interests focus on human capital development and impact evaluation, and her work is currently focused on inequality and labor market issues. A Peruvian national, she holds a Master's degree in Economics and Finance from the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Spain and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Universidad del Pacífico (Lima, Peru).
