Citizen Participation
Citizen participation refers to the action of taking part in government processes and can involve several different scenarios, for instance, when the government directly invites citizens to participate in initiatives such as citizen consultations, or when an NGO organizes citizens to participate in generating suggestions or requirements to the government.
