Cleeford Pavilus
Cleeford Pavilus has a bachelor degree in Applied Economics from CTPEA and a Master's Degree (M.S) in Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness from the University of Arkansas. He has produced research in the agricultural field, including research on Haitian consumer preference for rice. Today, he teaches Agricultural economics at the Undergrad level. He has also served as Public Relations Officer for the University of Arkansas Minorities in Agriculture, Natural Resources and Related Sciences (MANRRS), a U.S.-based agricultural organization that is part of a large national network in the U.S. for the professional development of minorities in the U.S. Cleeford is interested in data science. He recently started animating workshops on Machine Learning with R, a statistical software. Professionally, Cleeford Pavilus has over 10 years of experience. He served for 7 years as a project manager at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), which gave him proven experience in project monitoring and evaluation. Currently, he works as an economist at the Central Bank of Haiti.
