International Consultant with 18 years of experience in the Housing sector, in matters of public policy, relationship with international organizations and financing for sustainable housing. He was General Coordinator at the National Housing Commission and Specialist in International Organizations at the Federal Mortgage Society of Mexico, where he was responsible for the design and implementation of the ECOCASA Program; has been responsible for coordinating the Latin American and Caribbean Network for Sustainable Housing (RedLAC) and; directed the national sustainable housing policy in Mexico. He has developed various projects in the areas of sustainable housing, urban development and financing products for Latin America and the Caribbean with the IDB. Actuary from the Autonomous University of Mexico, Master in Economics from the Center for Economic Research and Teaching, and Master's studies in Finance from the Autonomous Institute of Mexico. He has participated in various publications of the Current State of Housing in Mexico and with the IDB on Social Interest Housing to build new opportunities and focus on priority challenges in Brazil.
