Sergio Ballón
Energy Specialist in the Energy Division of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) based in La Paz, Bolivia. Sergio has a Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master's Degree in Economics and Finance. He joined the IDB in 2012, since then he has worked on the development of projects for generation, transmission, distribution, access and rural electrification. Sergio has publications on energy issues and related to hydroelectricity projects and electricity markets, for example "Futures Electric Markets in Bolivia and Electrical and Mechanical Analysis: Rio Paracti Feasibility Study".
