María Antonella Pereira is a professional in inclusive international development. She is a consultant in data analysis, supporting operations and research on disability and inclusion from the Gender and Diversity division. Before working at the IDB, María Antonella worked in both Ecuador and the United States in government and civil organizations of people with disabilities, focusing on job placement, inclusive education, and accessible relief from natural disasters. She has a BA in Economics from Barnard College, Columbia University in New York and has majors in Latin American Studies and Women's Leadership.
