Karen Martínez is a project management consultant for GDLab, the Gender and Diversity Knowledge Initiative of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). She is an economist with a degree from the Universidad Católica Boliviana San Pablo and holds a master's degree in economics with a specialization in econometrics from the University of Geneva. She is an independent researcher in the areas of gender economics, social inclusion and development, and has experience in the design and management of social projects.
