Claire Cullen
Claire is a Research Fellow working jointly with the University of Oxford’s Blavatnik School of Government and Youth Impact, a youth-focused NGO in Botswana. Her work focuses on generating and translating evidence into impact at scale, with a research focus on education, health and gender equality. She previously worked at the World Bank, Innovations for Poverty Action, and as an economist for the Australian Government’s aid program in the Department of Foreign Affairs. Claire received her PhD from the University of Oxford, and previously studied economics at Georgetown University, the University of Sydney, and the Australian National University.
