She has experience in digital public policy and government relations, with previous roles at private sector political consultancies and the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Luiza holds a bachelor's degree in international relations from the University of Brasília, where she participated in academic research and initiatives focused on political education and human rights.
