Mariano Rabassa is an expert in the design and evaluation of environmental policies. He holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Economics from Universidad Nacional de La Plata, Argentina and a Ph.D. in Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA. Currently, he is a Professor at the Department of Economic at Universidad Católica Argentina. Previously, he worked as a climate change specialist at the World Bank in Washington, DC.
