Mr. Russell Franklyn is the Operations & Financial Coordinator at the Compete Caribbean Partnership Facility since May 1, 2017. A Certified Public Accountant and Project Management Professional, Russell has ample experience in the field of Development in the Caribbean having previously worked for several CARICOM and Regional Development institutions. He has designed and executed numerous technical and innovative projects with high stakeholder complexity to support the improvement of competitiveness within the region including Technology Extension Services.
