Julaire currently serves as the Skills Development Specialist with the Global Services Sector Project, a government-funded national initiative seeking to improve Jamaica’s skills development system to provide the global services sector with better-skilled workers, particularly in higher value-added jobs. Julaire holds an executive master’s in business administration, a master’s degree in governance and Public Policy and a bachelor’s degree in International Relations. Julaire has completed certificates in change management, financial management, and executive leadership development. Julaire previously served as Executive Manager of the rebranded Global Services Association of Jamaica (formerly BPIAJ) where she led the development and implementation of various initiatives and projects geared towards furthering the growth of the GSS.
