Ricardo Quiroga is a Natural Resources and Environmental economist at INE / RND. Since 1993, he has led the design and execution of investment programs in the areas of environment, natural resource management and rural development at the IDB, as well as the formulation of strategies, policy frameworks and sectoral studies within the same areas. He has worked at the IDB’s Country Office in Argentina, since 2011. Mr. Quiroga holds a Ph.D. in Agriculture and Resources Economy from the University of Connecticut and a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Delaware.
