Oswaldo Rosero is a maritime control and surveillance specialist with experience in maritime domain management. He holds a MSc in Systems Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School of Monterey CA. Mr Rosero has provided specialized support on marine protected areas and EEZ resources management to several Central/Latin American and South Pacific countries as part of focalized support programs of entities such as KfW and GIZ (Germany), GEF and WWF. He was a Marine Operations Officer at WildAid from 2006 to 2015 and professor of Marine Operations Analysis at the Naval War College of Ecuador. He is currently focused on applied technologies for marine/coastal resources management, conservation and Maritime Domain Awareness.
