Ambassador Hector E. Morales Jr., of Washington, D.C., serves as senior advisor to Baker & McKenzie, LLP, providing strategic advisory services to clients in the US and Latin America. He also advises several profit and non-profit organizations operating in Latin America. He previously served as the US Permanent Representative to the Organization of American States and was the lead negotiator for Presidents Bush and Obama in preparations for the Fifth Summit of the Americas. Prior to that, he served as US Executive Director at the Inter-American Development Bank and as a member of the board of the Inter-American Foundation.
