Natalia González Alarcón
Natalia is a research fellow at The GovLab at NYU. Previously, she worked at the Inter-American Development (IDB) as the program manager of fAIr LAC, a regional initiative advising governments and the private sector on shaping the responsible use of AI and data in Latin America. She was a fellow at the World Economic Forum (WEF), working on innovative public procurement of AI, and at New America, studying automation and the future of work. Likewise, she was an advisor to the National Planning Department (DNP) of the Colombian government, where she coordinated the design and implementation of the National Productive Development Policy. Natalia holds a master's degree in Public Policy from Georgetown University, a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in Economics from Universidad de Los Andes, Colombia.
