Alex Sanchiz is a private sector development specialist focused on Business and Investment Climate, working as a project development officer for the Compete Caribbean Partnership Facility (CCPF) at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in Barbados. Previously, he worked for the Trade, Investment and Competitiveness Global Directorate of the World Bank in Washington DC, and for the Spanish Ministry of Economy as a trade and investment advisor at the Embassy of Spain in El Salvador.
