Masato Okumura es Especialista Senior de la Unidad de Discovery de BID Lab donde diseña proyectos para introducir innovaciones para la inclusión en América Latina y el Caribe, y promueve la iniciativa Economía Plateada del Grupo BID. Anteriormente trabajó en Boston Consulting Group como consultor de gestión estratégica y en Nikkei Inc. como periodista financiero. Es originario de Kobe, Japón y tiene un MBA de la IE Business School en España, y un BA en estudios latinoamericanos de la Universidad de Tokio, Japón.
