Flor Rodriguez is a consultant in the Gender and Diversity Division at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). She has extensive experience in strategic planning and project implementation within international organizations and government entities, with professional experience in El Salvador, Panama, and the United States. For over six years, she has contributed to strengthening and improving the efficiency of program implementation across Latin America and the Caribbean. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of El Salvador and two master's degrees: one in Political Sciences from South Korea and another in Diplomacy in El Salvador.
