Clara Alemann es consultora de la División de Género y Diversidad del BID. Es especialista en diseño y gestión de programas de desarrollo social y político con una perspectiva de género. Su trabajo se centra en la integración de un enfoque de género en el diseño y ejecución de operaciones de protección social y salud en las áreas de salud sexual y reproductiva, programas de transferencias condicionadas, desarrollo infantil temprano, juventud en riesgo y violencia contra la mujer. Cuenta con una Licenciatura en Ciencias Políticas de la Universidad de Buenos Aires y una maestría en políticas públicas de la Universidad de Columbia.
