Carina Lupica is a Senior Sector Specialist in the Gender and Diversity Division of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), based in Washington, D.C. With over 15 years of experience in international organizations such as the IDB, ILO, ECLAC, and UNDP, her work focuses on strengthening care systems, social protection, labor markets, and public-private partnerships in Latin America and the Caribbean. She has provided technical assistance to governments, conducted research for leading think tanks like ICRW and Equimundo, and participated as a keynote speaker in high-level seminars.
