Camila García is a Chilean political scientist with over a decade of experience in international negotiations, strategic planning, and public-private partnerships. She has played a transformative role in diplomacy, sports governance, and policy reform, leading innovative initiatives to promote greater equity and the protection of human rights. As Director of the National Association of Women Football Players, she has been instrumental in the professionalization of women's football in Chile, drafting and advocating for legislation that recognized female players as workers, and negotiating collective agreements for the national team. She served as a Board Member and Vice President of FIFPro, where she championed the inclusion of more women in leadership positions within the organization and played a key role in negotiations with FIFA to achieve equal prize money and improve conditions for footballers globally.
