Bruno Taborga
Bruno Taborga is the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Consultant for the Human Resources team. In this position, he supports the implementation of more innovative solutions in DEI and actively promotes activities focused on enhancing a sense of inclusion and belonging at the IDB Group. Bruno has 7 years of work experience in corporate social responsibility and community relations in Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador, and Mexico. His area of specialization is in the strengthening of indigenous rights. Before joining the organization, Bruno worked as Project Manager for the NGO Equitable Origin and as the Corporate Social Responsibility Specialist for the mining company Glencore, in Bolivia. Bruno has a Master of Public Administration (MPA).
