Rodrigo Lluberas
Rodrigo Lluberas is a professor of Economics at Universidad ORT Uruguay. Previously, he was Head of Financial Stability and Senior Economist at the Research Department of the Uruguay Central Bank. He received his MSc in Economics from University College London and his PhD in Economics from Royal Holloway College, University of London. He has been a visiting scholar at the Institute for Fiscal Studies, an economist at Willis Towers Watson in London, and a consultant for multilateral organizations. His main areas of expertise are pensions, consumption, firms’ expectations, and wealth.
