Gustavo Crespi is a Senior Competitiveness, Technology and Innovation Specialist at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). He holds a degree in Economics from the National University of Cordoba, Argentina and the School of Economics and Business of the University of Chile and a PhD from the University of Sussex, UK.
