Gustavo Crespi is a Senior Competitiveness, Technology and Innovation Specialist at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). He holds a degree in Economics from the National University of Cordoba, Argentina and the School of Economics and Business of the University of Chile and a PhD from the University of Sussex, UK. He has been working at the IDB for 10 years, having worked at IDB headquarters in Washington, D.C. and at the IDB Country Offices in Uruguay and Lima.
