Cecilia Berlanga es consultora en la División de Educación del BID en México. Cuenta con experiencia en planeación estratégica, diseño, gestión y evaluación de proyectos en el sector social. Ha colaborado en proyectos de las fundaciones Mastercard en Ruanda y Bill & Melinda Gates en Kenia sobre educación y género respectivamente. Se ha desempeñado como docente a nivel licenciatura en temas de cooperación internacional y desarrollo y es autora de diferentes publicaciones sobre políticas públicas, educación y género. Es licenciada en Relaciones Internacionales por el Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México y maestra en Política Social y Desarrollo por la London School of Economics.
