Lisa S. Howard
Lisa S. Howard is a Consultant for the IDB Climate Change and Sustainable Development Department’s Housing and Urban Development Division, currently working on the Emerging and Sustainable Cities program for Bridgetown. Lisa holds a Master of Science in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional in Building Design and Construction (LEED AP BD+ C). Previously, Lisa worked in the development industry for a private resort in Barbados and has consulted on sustainability certification for Chile’s Federation of Tourism Enterprises (FEDETUR) and on sustainability reporting for an independent fashion house in New York. She has also worked for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey’s Office of Energy and Environmental Programs on energy efficiency and for Columbia University’s Earth Institute on corporate engagement and professional development.
