Kidae Kim joined HUD in 2021 as a Consultant to provide technical and analytical support in implementing smart city projects and strengthening collaboration between S. Korea and IDB. Kidae holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the Korea University and a MSc in Economic and Social Policy Analysis from the University of York. Kidae have previously worked at the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in S. Korea for over 20 years.
