Idoia Ortiz de Artiñano is the Director and founder of the PublicTech Lab at IE University (Madrid). She is an expert in govtech, advises governments in the generation of ecosystems and public policies in this area and coordinates the first Govtech Lab in Iberoamerica, the Govtechlab Madrid. In 2019 she was recognized by Apolitical magazine as one of the 100 most influential people in the world in digital government.
