He has held positions as a consultant and specialist in various multilateral organizations for Latin America, Africa, and Southeast Asia in the areas of social protection and economic development. He has worked in various roles in the Colombian public sector and has academic experience as a researcher in social assistance, labor markets and social security, as well as in econometric software development.
