Vandana Ramadhar is an External Services Consultant to the Transport Division of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). Vandana is an attorney-at-law by profession engaged in civil litigation, with experience in intellectual property, industrial relations, commercial and contractual disputes, administrative law and constitutional motions. Drawing on her legal expertise, she has provided counsel to the Attorney General of Trinidad and Tobago and to the Caribbean Community and Common Market (CARICOM) on regional and international treaties. Outside of her legal portfolio, Vandana has a background in business management, sales, procurement and customer service, and is an avid traveler and food blogger. In her free time, she assists in the development of young minds by tutoring English Literature at the CSEC level. Vandana possesses a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with first class honours from the University of the West Indies, a Legal Education Certificate (LEC) with merit from the Hugh Wooding Law School and holds a Master of Laws (LLM) with distinction with a specialisation in Intellectual Property from the University of the West Indies.
