Luz Caballero
Luz Caballero is responsible for gender equality and diversity inclusion in the Energy Division. Since 2006, she has been incorporating gender and diversity into infrastructure operations at international development organizations. She has worked in Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as in Africa, where she has also lived for 7 years. Her experience in Transport and Energy is key in the design and execution of operations for the energy transition to be fair, especially on gender equality in electromobility. Before working at the IDB, she primarily worked at the World Bank and in the private sector with the Acciona Infrastructure Group. She is an Economist and holds a BS in Business from the University of Valladolid, Spain.
