Manuel Rodríguez

Manuel Rodríguez Porcel é especialista em transportes do BID na representação da República Dominicana. Suas áreas de especialização são concessões, gerenciamento de infraestrutura e financiamento, entre as quais estão as fórmulas de Participação Pública Privada (PPP), além de planejamento de transporte regional e urbano; e projetos de infraestrutura de obras lineares, como estradas ou ferrovias. Atualmente, ele está trabalhando na preparação e execução de vários programas de transporte na República Dominicana, como programas de regulamentação e estruturação da mobilidade urbana em Santo Domingo, gestão de segurança viária, plano nacional de logística e uma estrutura para o desenvolvimento de projetos de PPP. Ele também lidera a área transversal de Sistemas Inteligentes de Transporte e Diversidade e Inclusão na Divisão de Transporte do BID. Manuel é Engenheiro Civil do Instituto Nacional de Ciências Aplicadas de Rennes, França, possui MBA Internacional em Gerenciamento Multilateral de Projetos pelo Centro de Estudos Econômicos e Comerciais (CECO) de Madri, além de mestrado em Gerenciamento de Projetos pela Universidade de Comillas (ICAI-ICADE) de Madri. Ela complementa seu treinamento com especializações em Gerenciamento de Infraestrutura e PPP do Tecnológico de Monterrey no México e da Universidade de Alcalá em Madri.
