Raphaël Dewez es especialista en transporte en la representación del Banco en Haiti desde diciembre 2016. Anteriormente, desde el año 2004, trabajó en diferentes empresas de consultoría (Lemay, IBI Group, DAA) en proyectos realizados principalmente en países del Caribe y África francófona y con un enfoque particular en estudios de planificación del transporte y de infraestructura urbana, planificación territorial, desarrollo turístico sostenible y gestión de residuos sólidos. Raphaël posee un M.Sc. en Ingeniería Civil de la Universidad Católica de Lovaina, Bélgica, y una Maestría en Urbanismo de la Universidad de Montreal, Canadá.
