Nicolás is a Social Infrastructure Consultant for the Social Infrastructure Group (GIS) of the Infrastructure and Energy Sector. He is a Civil Engineer from the University of Buenos Aires, with a Master's degree in Construction Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a graduate certificate in Project Management from UCEMA. Since joining GIS, Nicolás has supported the preparation and execution of various loans with social infrastructure components, mainly in Argentina, emphasizing the sustainability and resilience aspects of the projects. Previously, he served as Head of the Technical Evaluation Department of an executing agency in charge of financing infrastructure projects.
