Julio Rojas serves as a Senior Social Specialist in the IDB's Environmental and Social Solutions Unit, working in the preparation and supervision of Bank-financed implementation. Before joining the IDB, he served as Manager of Land Negotiation and Community Relations and Social Investment of the PERU LNG Project, which is currently the private investment in the hydrocarbon sector in Peru (project financed by IFC and IDB).
