Ivette Fis de Melo es bibliotecaria sectorial para el departamento de infraestructura del BID y es encargada de diseminar información externa a los especialistas del departamento relacionada a los temas de cambio climático, energía, transporte, biodiversidad y recursos hídricos. Ivette es licenciada en Estudios Latinoamericanos por la Universidad George Mason (Virginia, EE.UU.) y tiene una Maestría en Ciencias de la Información de Drexel University (Pennsylvania, EE.UU.).
